SASSA Will Take Expert Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently traveling to the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers towards the community.

SASSA are going to be rendering expert services for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer treatment enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency claimed it's alarmed regarding the high variety of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a significant number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often a result sassa of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office committed to service the area every day. The provider issue created for intervention activities a higher inflow of prospective beneficiaries, that makes it complicated for the office to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise extra resources to allow the servicing of all buyers and maximize access to Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
